Jalapeño-Lime Tartar Sauce

from Taste of the South

 

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped Mt. Olive Lime-Flavored Dill Strips

1 tablespoon pickle juice

1/4 cup finely chopped green onion

2 tablespoons capers, drained, rinsed and chopped

1/2 teaspoon powdered jalapeño pepper

 

In a bowl, stir together all ingredients. Serve with cooked shrimp.

 

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Preparation: five minutes
