Egg and Seafood
Salad
from
Mama Dip's Family Cookbook
6 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2/3 cup sweet salad cubes
1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pound imitation crabmeat
2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve on
lettuce.
Serves 6.
