CHEDDAR CHEESE PICKLEWICHES
12 Mt. Olive Mt. Olive Kosher Dill pickles
1-2/3 cups coarsely grated cheddar cheese
2 tbs. chopped canned pimientos
3 tbs. mayonnaise
Cut each pickle in half lengthwise.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread each pickle half with
some cheese mixture. Place halves together, filling side together.
Chill.
Makes 12 picklewiches.
