1 large loaf whole wheat bread
1 24 oz.
jar Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dills
1 8 oz.
package of cream cheese
3 tbs.
mayonnaise
2 tbs.
onion, crushed (or instant minced onion)
Drain
pickles well. Cut crust off bread. Soften cream cheese and mix with
mayonnaise and onion. Spread on bread slices. Put one drained pickle on
each bread slice. Roll pickles in bread. Pinch edge of bread together to
close. Place rolls pinched side down on wax paper. Chill. When ready to
serve, slice rolls.
