Southwest Banana Pepper Dip

2004 Dixie Classic Fair

Winston-Salem, NC


2/3 cup Mt. Olive Mild Banana Pepper Rings, coarsely chopped

16 oz. package of sour cream

4 tbs. Southwest seasoning

1 canned diced tomatoes with onion, drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

After chopping up the banana peppers, combine all ingredients in an airtight container until well blended. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve dip with nachos.
