Zesty Colorful Bean Salad
Entry, Mt. Olive Pickle Recipe

2004 Dixie Classic Fair
Winston-Salem, NC
1 can French style green beans
1 can lima
beans (small limas)
1 can
kidney beans
Drain
liquid from beans and rinse in a colander. Place in bowl.
Add:
1 cup
sliced celery
2 medium
onions, sliced thinly into rings
1 12 oz.
jar Mt. Olive Sweet n Hot Peppers (drained)
Bring to a
boil:
2 1/2 cups
vinegar
2 1/2 cups
sugar
1 tsp salt
Pour over
vegetables and refrigerate. Will keep for a couple of weeks in
refrigerator.
Approximately 8-10 servings.
