Day Shift and Night Shift Seasonal Positions.  Shifts vary by department.  This time of year requires overtime. Therefore, all interested applicants should be prepared to work on Saturdays.  Previous production experience is a plus but not required.  New hires will be subject to verification of Social Security Number and immigration status.  If you would like to join our growing team for the 2017 season, please apply in person at our Hiring Office located at 812 N. Day Shift and Night Shift Assistant Superintendents. The individuals will plan and direct activities directly and/or indirectly through subordinate Supervisors or Line Leads of assigned lines, plan and execute maintenance programs for assigned lines and assist in development and implementation of production methods, standards, records and reports.  The individuals will also develop, implement, and maintain records for training activities. Fill in for the superintendent in his/her absence. Candidates should have solid knowledge of applicable laws, rule, and regulations (Federal, State, EEOC, ESC, FDA, OSHA, etc.), with strong background in OSHA regulations. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Business math skills required.  Minimum of 2 years’ of college or equivalent experience, excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment required.  Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language effectively. 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician. This individual will utilize knowledge of mechanical principles required to set up, troubleshoot, repair, replace, disassemble or overhaul a variety of complex mechanical equipment.  Individual will diagnose causes of equipment failures and make repairs to all equipment plant-wide.  This job uses mathematics together with complicated equipment diagrams, specifications, charts, tables and various types of precision measuring equipment.  Individual must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force.   Career Readiness Certificate is a strong preference and related work experience is required. 2nd shift for a Maintenance Engineering Technician.  This individual will apply technical expertise to assist production, maintenance and engineering with continuous improvements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and project implementation.  Individual will write and modify control programs to support maintenance and engineering initiatives and projects.  Additionally, individual will work with outside machine suppliers on the development and training on turnkey machine control systems.  Position requires an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology and experience; or equivalent training and experience. Strong working knowledge of PLC drives PID/set point controls and industrial instrumentation.  High volume process based manufacturing experience required.  Solid PC, organizational, communication and teamwork skills are also required.
