Ingredients

1 4 oz. can tuna, drained
¼ cup Mt. Olive Simply Relish Deli Style Dill with Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon roasted and salted sunflower kernels
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon juice, Mt. Olive Simply Relish Deli Style Dill with Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, relish, pepper and sunflower seeds into a small bowl.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice and relish juice until smooth, and add to ingredients.
  3. Mix thoroughly and chill before serving.
  4. Serve on lightly toasted whole wheat bread with a slice of provolone cheese and lettuce.
