Egg and Seafood Salad

INGREDIENTS:
6 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped2/3 cup sweet salad cubes
1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pound imitation crabmeat
2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve on lettuce.Serves 6.
