These pickle chips make into the most delicious “Super Sweet Garlic Dill Pickles” we have ever made. For more than 15 years we have made up 20 plus gallons at a time for our annual Church Bazaar. Never have I found any other pickles to compare to the taste and crispness of these “Hamburger Dill Chips”!!

I love these so much!! This is my strange addiction )going on 6 years now). I go through a jar 32oz every 2 days. My husband purchased 3 jars for me just as a Christmas gift.

Absolutely love the dill hamburger pickle chips! I go through the 32oz jar in 2 days. The taste and crispness of the pickles can’t be beat.

I, too, am addicted to the Hamburger Dill Chips. Love them. Mt. Olive is my favorite pickle company. I buy the dills, the dill chips, and the sweet gherkins. But there is something about the regular dill chips (and the brine) that is better than the rest. I hope this are still available, even though the new pickles have been introduced!

These pickles are very good. The flavor and quality are way above average.

I loved my first two small jars, so I got the big jar, but they were sliced much thinner than the others. The whole entire massive jar of pickle chips is sliced super thin. What gives? I’m assuming there’s not a different machine for slicing the big jars. I would have assumed quality control measures would ensure they were all sliced uniformly, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Maybe it was just a bad batch.

these pickles are fantastic in flavor either by themselves, which I go through a jar about every 3-4 days or with various things. MY favorite is to have them with pork barbeque for a great combination of flavors. Living in south florida and spending a lot of time outside, I constantly fight dehydration, and I think Pickles and pickle juice help a lot. I come back inside every couple hours to refill water container and crunch down 10 or so pickle chips and am ready to keep going. Colleges have their football players use them to fight cramps and dehydration. I find with the larger jars they seem to lose a little of the crunchiness by the time I get to the bottom but just buy the small jars and am quite satisfied. thanks for a great product.

  12. Disappointed

SO disappointed to learn the hamburger dill chips and their relish contain yellow dye (probably some of their other products too!)!! Why?? Dyes are chemicals your body has no idea what to do with it when ingested. Do pickles and relish really need dyes?? Will no longer purchase. Mt. Olive, jump on the bandwagon and ditch the dyes!!

We actually have a whole new line of products – Simply Pickles – that use the natural color turmeric in place of Yellow #5.

These are my favorite pickles. I’ve tried other brands of hamburger dills but none compare to the taste of these. I wish they came back in a larger jar because I can’t get enough of them.
