The red peppers in our unique formula are freshly grown and harvested on our facilities in North Carolina. Perfectly ripened, they are then roasted, skinned, seeded, and brined in our olive oil and garlic marinade to enhance their natural sweetness and flavor. Our Marinated Roasted Red Peppers are the perfect gourmet ingredient to add extra flavor and texture to your pasta dish, to your sandwich, or add a tangy bite to your dip. The smoky sweet flavor and bright red color also look and taste great in salads, stews, and soups.
At Mt. Olive, we select the finest red peppers and roast them to perfection to give you a pepper that is bursting with flavor. Subtly sweet and smoky, our Marinated Roasted Red Peppers can enhance the flavor of a variety of foods. Dice it up to add to enchiladas, burritos, hummus, or tacos, or chop it up for a mouthwatering salsa. Use our roasted red peppers whole, diced, chopped or mixed with other ingredients to create the perfect dish.
A variation of our classic Roasted Red Peppers, our marinated edition provides the perfect balance of garlic and olive oil flavors. With a garlic clove in each jar, you know that your red peppers will be infused with an abundance of flavors that set your mouth watering. Unlike other products, these are not packed in vinegar, instead marinated with a marinated mixture of garlic and olive oil. Once opened, we recommend that you refrigerate and eat them within seven days. Visit your favorite grocery store or shop online and find all your favorite Mt. Olive products.
