2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small jalapeno, de-seeded and diced
4 Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Spears, diced
½ yellow onion, finely diced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Chop up all ingredients and then place into a bowl.
- Drizzle in olive oil and mix.
- Serve with a side of tortilla chips.
