Bread & Butter Bratwurst

Ingredients

3 bratwurst links
3 hot dog buns
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup sauerkraut
1 jalapeno, sliced or Mt. Olive Sliced Jalapenos
2 Tbsp spicy mayonnaise
Mt. Olive Munchies Bread & Butter Chips

Instructions

1. On a medium-high heat grill, cook the bratwurst according to package instructions. Lightly toast buns on the grill.
2. Begin building by placing one link in each bun, topping with sauerkraut, jalapenos, red onion and Mt. Olive Munchies Bread & Butter Chips.
3. Drizzle spicy mayonnaise and serve while warm.
