Ingredients

36 Mt. Olive Sweet Gherkins
12 Mt. Olive Petite Dill Pickles
8 oz white cheddar cheese (cubed)
6 oz salami slices
4 oz yellow cheddar cheese (cubed)
9 oz grape tomatoes
Rosemary
Sage leaves

Instructions

  1. Wrap a styrofoam cone in plastic wrap.
  2. Place a toothpick through each food. Be sure to fold the salami into quarters before piercing it with a toothpick.
  3. Push the sweet gherkin toothpicks into the styrofoam cone in an upward diagonal, starting at the bottom of the cone and working your way to the top.
  4. Follow the same pattern with the white cheddar cheese, folded salami, and tomatoes.
  5. As you work your way towards the top of the cone, there will be less room, so the yellow cheddar cheese will only wrap halfway up the cone.
  6. Fill in the remaining space with petite dill pickles.
  7. Use the rosemary and sage leaves to fill any remaining gaps and give the cone a true Christmas tree look.
