Ingredients
36 Mt. Olive Sweet Gherkins
12 Mt. Olive Petite Dill Pickles
8 oz white cheddar cheese (cubed)
6 oz salami slices
4 oz yellow cheddar cheese (cubed)
9 oz grape tomatoes
Rosemary
Sage leaves
Instructions
- Wrap a styrofoam cone in plastic wrap.
- Place a toothpick through each food. Be sure to fold the salami into quarters before piercing it with a toothpick.
- Push the sweet gherkin toothpicks into the styrofoam cone in an upward diagonal, starting at the bottom of the cone and working your way to the top.
- Follow the same pattern with the white cheddar cheese, folded salami, and tomatoes.
- As you work your way towards the top of the cone, there will be less room, so the yellow cheddar cheese will only wrap halfway up the cone.
- Fill in the remaining space with petite dill pickles.
- Use the rosemary and sage leaves to fill any remaining gaps and give the cone a true Christmas tree look.
