Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
⅛ cup Mt Olive Hamburger Dill Chips
4 slices thick-cut bacon (cooked)
~10 fresh chive stems (equal to ~1 tbsp chopped)
1 tbsp fresh dill
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp pickle juice
2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
12 mini bagels (toasted)
Instructions
- Place softened cream cheese on a cutting board. Create a divet using a spoon and fill it with Mt Olive Hamburger Dill Chips. Place bacon over the top.
- Roughly chop cream cheese, bacon, and pickles.
- Add chives and dill. Chop until bacon, pickles, and chives are diced.
- Top cream cheese mixture with lemon juice, pickle juice, and everything bagel seasoning. Mix using a bowl scraper, spatula, or knife.
- Spread mixture over toasted mini bagels and serve.
