Cheeseburger Dip

Skip the buns and sliders and serve this Cheeseburger Dip at your next party instead! It’s creamy, cheesy, and full of the burger flavors we all love, but in the form of a dip. Load the top with your favorite burger toppings (don’t forget the Mt. Olive Hamburger Dill Chips!), and enjoy with thick potato chips. Recipe by Attempts At Domestication
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef hamburger meat
1/4 cup red onion (diced)
1/2 cup Mt. Olive Hamburger Dill Chips (diced)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded) - set aside ½ cup for topping
½ cup lettuce (shredded and chopped)
10-12 whole pickles
1/8 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
1 tbsp burger sauce (equal parts mayo, ketchup, & mustard mixed)
Instructions
- On medium-high heat, brown ground beef in a large skillet with diced red onion, salt, and pepper.
- Once the meat is browned, add cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted.
- Then add mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickles to the meat and cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Remove the skillet from the stove. Top with remaining cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes.
- Serve hot with thick-cut potato chips.
