Ingredients

---FOR FRYING---
Oil
---FOR CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE---
1/3 cup Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices, drained and diced (Or Diced Jalapenos)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup red onion, diced
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup green onions
1/3 cup jellied cranberry sauce, diced
---FOR COATING---
½ cup flour
Salt & pepper to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for cream cheese mixture & freeze until firm. Scoop into small balls. Freeze for 30 mins.
  2. Whisk together flour, seasonings & gradually add water to make a slurry.
  3. Dip the balls in slurry & then roll in panko.
  4. Heat oil.
  5. Fry them until golden & crispy. Drain on paper towels. Serve with dipping sauce & enjoy!
