Cuban Sliders offer a mini take on the classic Cuban sandwich, layering deli ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese, and Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Chips on sweet Hawaiian rolls. Brushed with a garlic-parsley butter and baked until golden, these Cuban Sliders deliver a savory, tangy bite perfect for gatherings or quick dinners.
Ingredients
---FOR THE CUBAN SLIDERS:---
1 pack (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
2–3 tablespoons mustard of choice
(Classic Yellow, Dijon, or Honey Mustard)
6 oz sliced deli ham
1½ cups shredded pulled pork

6 slices Swiss cheese
½ cup Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Chips or other Mt. Olive pickles of your choice
---FOR THE BUTTER TOPPING---
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove minced garlic)
1–2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Pinch of salt & pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally in one sheet. Remove the top half and set aside.
- Spread mustard over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer the fillings: Sliced deli ham, shredded pulled pork, Swiss cheese, Mt. Olive Pickles
- Place the top half of the rolls back on to complete the sliders.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the slider buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm!
- Top with extra Mt. Olive Kosher Petite Dills with a toothpick for an added tangy crunch!
