Pickle Pepperoni Cheeseball

16 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
⅓ cup loosely packed fresh dill, chopped
1 bottle (2 oz) Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers
⅓ cup Mt. Olive Dill Relish
12 oz sliced pepperoni
3 slices white cheese (any)
Mt. Olive Baby Dills, for serving
Your favorite chips and crackers, for serving


  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, fresh dill, pickle juice and relish and stir to combine.
  2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a serving platter and with gloved hands loosely form into a football shape.
  3. Cover with pepperoni and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Add pickles, crackers and cheese to the board and serve!
