1/2 (25 oz.) package frozen crispy chicken tenders OR for extra dill-licious flavor, start with our Pickle Juicer Brined Chicken Tenders recipe (https://www.mtolivepickles.com/recipe-items/pickle-juicers-chicken-tenders/)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. store-bought or homemade pizza dough, room temperature
8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Mt. Olive Simply Vidalia Pickled Onion Strips
1/2 cup Mt. Olive Hamburger Dill Chips
Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish
Hot honey, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken strips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake according to package directions. For extra dill-licious flavor, start with our Pickle Juicer Brined Chicken Tenders recipe ( https://www.mtolivepickles.com/recipe-items/pickle-juicers-chicken-tenders/ )
  2. Meanwhile, combine butter, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, vinegar, smoked paprika,
garlic, salt and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer, stirring
occasionally until butter is melted and sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  3. Cut chicken into 1” pieces. Combine chicken and 1/4 cup sauce in a large bowl and toss to
coat. Set aside for topping pizza.
  4. Place pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500°F.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, press dough into a 14” circle.
  6. Spread remaining sauce over dough, leaving a 1/2” border. Top with sliced mozzarella,
chicken, Simply Vidalia Pickled Onion Strips and Hamburger Dill Chips, leaving a 1/2”
border. Carefully slide pizza onto preheated pizza stone.
  7. Bake, rotating pizza halfway through, until crust is golden-brown and cheese is melted,
about 5-8 minutes.
  8. Top with crushed red pepper flakes and hot honey.
