Jalapeno Cranberry Dip

12 oz fresh cranberries
¼-½ cup Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices, plus 1-2 Tbsp of the brine
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
8 oz softened cream cheese
Crackers, for serving


  1. Combine all ingredients except the cream cheese in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Taste and adjust volumes to your liking and heat preference.
  3. Transfer to fridge and allow to sit until time to serve.
  4. To serve, spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of a glass bowl or pie dish, then top with the cranberry jalapeno relish.
  5. Garnish with additional jalapeno slices, cilantro leaves or cranberries if desired.
  6. Serve with crackers.
