Majestic Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 large eggs
3 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TSP yellow mustard
1 TSP Majestic Picklery Deli Style Bread & Butter Jalapeno Slices Brine
6-12 Majestic Picklery Deli Style Bread & Butter Jalapeno Slices
*Note: you can also swap the jalapenos with pickles or Banana peppers, or garnish with both!*
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika, for garnish

Instructions

1. Boil Eggs and remove from egg shells.
2. Take yolks of egg and add to bowl (either slice in half or slice the top and bottom of the egg off and pull yolk out through small opening).
3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, brine and salt & pepper to egg yolks and mix until smooth.
4. Pipe onto egg and top with paprika and a slice of jalapenos.
5. Note: you can also swap the jalapenos with pickles or Banana peppers, or garnish with both!
