Ingredients

---MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER---
1 (6 oz) burger patty
2 slices Swiss cheese
Majestic Picklery Maple Bourbon Bread & Butter Chips
Majestic Picklery Italian Seasoned Pickled Mushrooms, sliced
Thick sliced cooked bacon, arugula (optional)
Majestic Burger Sauce (recipe below)
 
---MAJESTIC BURGER SAUCE---
2 Tbsp Majestic Picklery Pure Cane Sugar Fancy Sweet Relish
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

1. ---MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER---
2. Cook burger to desired temperature on a grill, melting the slices of cheese on the patty in the last 2-3 minutes.
3. While the burger is cooking, toast the buns and prep other ingredients.
4. To assemble, spread bottom bun with burger sauce, add pickle chips, burger patty, bacon, mushrooms and more pickle chips.
5. Top with arugula and more burger sauce, add top bun and enjoy!

7. Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and adjust ratios per your liking!
