Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry dough
8 oz brie cheese
¼ cup Mt. Olive Dill Relish
¼ cup bacon bits
1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Use a pizza wheel to cut puff pastry dough into 24 equal squares.
  3. Place the dough squares into the wells of a mini muffin tin.
  4. Cut the rind away from the wheel of brie and cut the cheese into small 1” pieces.
  5. Add a piece of brie to each piece of puff pastry.
  6. Top with ½ teaspoon of dill relish and a sprinkle of chopped bacon. 
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges of the puff pastry are golden brown. The cheese may bubble over.
  8. Optional - For a bit of sweetness, drizzle a little bit of honey over the finished bites.
