Ingredients

14 cups water
Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices
1/4 cup juice from Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices
5 lemons, divided
1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
8 cloves garlic, smashed
1 onion, quartered
24 oz small red potatoes
4 ears corn, each cut into thirds
1 lb shrimp, deveined but with shells on
1 1/2 lb crab legs of choice
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2" thick pieces
5 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut 2 of the lemons into quarters. Slice the remaining 3 lemons into wedges and set aside for when dish is ready to be served.
  2. Fill a large pot with 14 cups water. Add juice from Mt. Olive Jalapenos, Jalapeno Slices, lemon quarters, onion, garlic, and Old Bay Seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until just beginning to get fork-tender (but not mushy).
  4. Add corn, and sausage then cook for another 3-5 mins.
  5. Add shrimp and crab legs, then cook for 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp is pink.
  6. Drain the broth from the pot, reserving 1.5 cups of broth in small bowl. Whisk butter into reserved broth until well-combined.
