Ingredients

---HOMEMADE PICKLE ICE CREAM---
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup pickle juice
¼ cup pickles (chopped or chips)
1 tbsp fresh dill
3-4 mint leaves
---PICKLE MILKSHAKE---
2 cups pickle ice cream
½ cup milk
⅛ cup pickle juice

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend 1 cup heavy whipping cream for 30 - 45 seconds until it forms a slightly runny whipped cream consistency.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, pickle juice, pickles, fresh dill, and mint leaves to the blender. Blend for 45-60 seconds, or until the pickles and herbs are completely blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into a chilled metal bowl or metal loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 6 - 12 hours.
  4. Scoop frozen pickle ice cream into a blender with milk and pickle juice. Blend until thick and creamy.
  5. Pour pickle milkshake into a glass and top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and baby dill pickles.
