Ingredients

2 whole Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Pickles
2 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz smoked salmon, torn or sliced into strips
2 tablespoons Mt. Olive Pickled Red Onions, drained
½ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Hollow out the pickles
  2. Using a small spoon or melon baller, carefully scoop out the center of each dill pickle to create a channel for the filling. Be careful not to break through the sides.
  3. Stuff the pickles. Fill each pickle with a layer of cream cheese, followed by smoked salmon, and top with Pickled Red Onions.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the top of the filling.
  5. Cut each stuffed pickle in half for easy serving and snacking. Enjoy immediately!
