Ingredients

¾ lb ground chuck beef, divided into 3 equal sized balls
½ cup Majestic Picklery Pure Cane Sugar Fancy Sweet Relish
3-6 slices white American cheese
2 Tbsp mayo
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 sesame seed bun
Majestic Picklery Smoky BBQ Bread and Butter Chips and/or Majestic Picklery Maple Bourbon Bread & Butter Chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. On a large griddle or cast iron skillet, heated to medium-high, add 1-2 Tbsp relish then top with a ground-beef ball.
  2. Use a press or a large flat spatula to smash beef into the relish as thin as possible.
  3. Wait a couple of minutes, for the edges of the burger to brown, then flip.
  4. Top with 1-2 slices of cheese and cook until burger is cooked through and cheese is melted.
  5. Repeat with another 1-2 burger patties to stack your burger high!
  6. Toast buns on the griddle as well.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, dijon and 1-2 Tbsp brine from Bread & Butter pickles.
  8. Add sauce to bottom bun, add a cheeseburger patty and some pickle chips, then repeat. Add additional sauce on the top bun. Enjoy!
