Ingredients

1 10oz bag of tortilla chips
1 lb ground beef
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Mt. Olive Bread and Butter Pickle Chips
2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
4-6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
¼ red onion, diced
¾ cup shredded lettuce
Mustard to taste
Ketchup to taste

Instructions

  1. Put your ground beef in a greased pan on the stove over medium heat, add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until brown and no pink remains. Drain excess liquid.
  2. Cover a large cookie sheet with parchment paper, and lay your tortilla chips on it. Cover with a layer of cheese, and then the ground beef, and then another layer of cheese.
  3. Bake at 350F for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove cookie sheet from oven, top with your shredded lettuce, pickles, diced onions and tomatoes, and finish off with a drizzle of mustard and ketchup to taste.
