Ingredients

---CRISPY PICKLE BALLS---
5-6 Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dill pickles, drained & diced
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar, shredded
½ tsp salt, pepper
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp chili flakes

---FOR THE COATING---
½ cup flour
Salt & pepper
½ tsp paprika, garlic powder
Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, chopped pickles, & seasonings until well combined.
  2. Scoop & roll into small balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray & freeze for 30 mins.
  3. Whisk together flour, seasonings & gradually add water to make a slurry.
  4. Dip pickle balls into slurry & then roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry them until golden & crispy. Remove & drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce & enjoy!
