Ingredients

5 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Mt. Olive Dill Relish
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add peeled hard-boiled eggs to a medium bowl and mash into small pieces with a fork.
  2. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Mt Olive Dill Relish, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika to the mashed eggs. Stir to incorporate the ingredients together.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with another little scoop of relish.
  4. Serve your dip on a fun Easter charcuterie board with crackers, salami roses, cheese, carrots, and other fruits and veggies.
