Spicy Pickled Brunch Bloody Mary

Ingredients

2 ounces vodka (or try gin, or even a blanco tequila)
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon horseradish
2 tsp Majestic Picklery Medium Hot Sauce Savory Dill Spears Pickle Brine (juice from the jar)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces Bloody Mary mix of choice
1 Deli Style Bread & Butter pickled egg (Place a peeled boiled egg into the Majestic brine for at least 24 hours)
1-2 Slices of Bacon
1 Majestic Medium Heat Hot Sauce Savory Kosher Dill Pickle Spear
1 Majestic Deli Style Kosher Baby Dill Pickle
1 Lemon Wedge
Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir together vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Majestic Picklerly Medium Hot Sauce Savory Dill Spears Pickle brine, Worcestershire sauce, and Bloody Mary mix.
  2. Prepare rocks glass with salt & pepper rim by rubbing lemon in the direction you want to place the salt & pepper then rolling the glass into salt & pepper. Add ice to glass if desired.
  3. Pour the cocktail mixture from step 1 into the salt and pepper rimmed glass.
  4. Place the Majestic Medium Heat Hot Sauce Savory Kosher Dill Pickle Spear & slice of bacon into the glass.
  5. Skewer the Majestic Deli Style Kosher Baby Dill Pickle & pickled egg and place into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
