Smoky Hot Pickle Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 8 oz. shredded cabbage (or about a half head of cabbage)
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup Mt. Olive Chipotle Bread & Butter Chips, chopped
- ½ cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
- ¼ cup juice, Mt. Olive Chipotle Bread & Butter Chips
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots and pickles in a medium sized bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise or salad dressing with pickle juice until creamy, then add to the mixture, stirring well.
- Serve chilled.
