8 oz. shredded cabbage (or about a half head of cabbage)
½ cup shredded carrots
1 cup Mt. Olive Chipotle Bread & Butter Chips, chopped
½ cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
¼ cup juice, Mt. Olive Chipotle Bread & Butter Chips
Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix cabbage, carrots and pickles in a medium sized bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise or salad dressing with pickle juice until creamy, then add to the mixture, stirring well.
- Serve chilled.
