Hot Honey Chicken Salad Pickle Boats

Ingredients
Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dills
---FOR CHICKEN SALAD---
1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp Mt. Olive Sweet Relish
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tbsp honey
Celery stalk, finely chopped
Red onion, finely chopped
½ tsp chili
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
---FOR TOPPING---
Hot sauce to taste for topping
Green onions for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the chicken salad ingredients and mix well. (1 cooked chicken breast shredded, 1/3 cup mayo, 2 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tbsp Mt. Olive Sweet Relish, Juice of ½ lemon, ½ tbsp honey, Celery stal finely chopped, Red onion finely chopped, ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, and Salt & pepper)
- Take Kosher Baby Dill pickles and slice off the top lengthwise to create boats. You can spoon out the middle.
- Spoon the chicken salad into each pickle boat, gently pressing it in to fill evenly.
- Finish with hot sauce & green onions on top and enjoy!
