Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese
2 cups chicken (shredded)
¼ cup Mt. Olive Sweet Heat Bread & Butter Chips (chopped)
¼ cup buttermilk
3 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp hot honey
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat melt cream cheese for 2-3 minutes.
- Add buttermilk, hot sauce, chicken, and chopped pickles to the melted cream cheese. Stir to combine.
- Then add the hot honey, honey, and half of the spices. Stir until well combined. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl combine panko bread crumbs, butter, and the remaining half of the spices. Whisk together until bread crumbs are coated in spices.
- Evenly spread bread crumb mixture over the cream cheese mixture. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until the bread crumbs are toasted and the dip is bubbling around the sides of the skillet.
- Serve hot with crackers or chips for dipping.
