1 6” baguette, cut into 1” cubes
2 Tbsp pepperoncini brine from Mt. Olive Italian Pepperoncini
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange bread cubes in a single layer.
  2. . In a small bowl, whisk together pepperoncini brine, olive oil and Italian seasoning, then liberally pour over bread cubes and toss to combine.
  3. Toast in oven until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
