1 6” baguette, cut into 1” cubes
2 Tbsp pepperoncini brine from Mt. Olive Italian Pepperoncini
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange bread cubes in a single layer.
- . In a small bowl, whisk together pepperoncini brine, olive oil and Italian seasoning, then liberally pour over bread cubes and toss to combine.
- Toast in oven until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
