Ingredients

1 jar Mt Olive whole Pepperoncini
2 lbs split chicken wings
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
Celery and carrots, for serving
Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, the entire jar of pepperoncini (including juice), olive oil, crushed red pepper, and some salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a large grill basket, add wings and pepperoncini peppers.
  4. Grill over medium high heat until wings are charred in places and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from grill and allow to rest.
  6. Assemble wings and peppers on a platter with celery and carrots and dressing of choice. Enjoy!
