Mt Olive Pickles

Ingredients

1 (16 oz) can chickpeas
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers (Or juice/brine from a jar of Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Pickles)
½ cup Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dills, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dills, sliced, for garnish
1-2 Tbsp Mt. Olive Dill Relish, for garnish
Olive oil, for garnish
Crushed red pepper, for garnish
A variety of crackers, pita bread, and crunchy veggies, for serving.

Instructions

  1. Combine the chickpeas, tahini, pickle juice, pickles, salt and pepper in a high speed blender and pulse. Add up to ½ cup of cold water to reach desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced pickles, relish, and a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of crushed red pepper.
  3. Serve with veggies, crackers, and/or warm pita bread. Enjoy!
