Ingredients
2 cups red potatoes (peeled, chopped)
2 cups rotini pasta (cooked)
2 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
½ cup celery (diced)
¼ cup onion (diced)
¼ cup Mt. Olive Clearly Deli Style Dill Relish
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp dill
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
½ tsp parsley

Instructions
- Boil peeled and chopped potatoes until they are fork-tender, but not falling apart.
- Add the potatoes, pasta, and boiled eggs to a large bowl with the celery, onion, and relish. Mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, pepper, parsley, dill, oregano, basil, and paprika. Whisk the ingredients together.
- Drizzle the dressing over the potato and pasta mixture. Then stir to combine everything together until everything is well-coated with dressing.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until it’s cold.
