Ingredients

24 slices deli-sliced hard salami
1/2 cup mascarpone, room temperature
1 tbsp. chopped dill, plus more for garnish
8-10 Majestic Picklery Premium Deli Style Kosher Baby Dills

Instructions

  1. Lay the salami on a large sheet of plastic wrap in a flat layer, creating 3 rows of four slices, overlapping them slightly.
  2. Combine the mascarpone and dill in a small bowl.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the salami slices.
  4. Place 4 to 5 Deli Style Kosher Baby Dill pickles on the edge closest to you.
  5. Tightly roll salami into a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to form a second log.
  6. Refrigerate the logs for at least one hour.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  8. Garnish with additional dill and serve.
  9. Tip: Feel free to substitute 2 cups Italian Seasoned Pickled Mushrooms, sliced, or 1/2 cup Deli Style Bread & Butter Mild Banana Pepper Rings for Deli Style Kosher Baby Dill Pickles.
