Ingredients

1 ½ lbs Pork Shoulder, cut into 4-inch chunks
½ tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Cumin
½ tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Dried Oregano
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 (4.8 oz) package Mt. Olive Munchies Kosher Dill Chips
Mini Tortillas, for serving
¾ cup Diced Red Onion
½ cup Chopped Parsley
Lime Wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add the pork shoulder, lime juice, kosher salt, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and ground black pepper to the slow cooker.
  2. Mix the ingredients together until the pork is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on medium to high for 4 hours. When the meat turns tender, use two forks to shred it.
  4. Fill each tortilla with some of the carnitas then top it with a few Kosher Dill Chips, diced red onion, and parsley. Serve with a lime wedge and enjoy!
