Ingredients

3 lbs. beef roast
1 cup Mt. Olive Sweet Heat Whole Pepperoncinis
1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 package brown gravy mix
¾ cups water or pepperoncini juice from jar

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to an instant pot.
  2. Close and lock the lid.
  3. Cook on the manual high pressure setting for 1 hour.
  4. Release the pressure and allow the beef to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Shred the beef and enjoy!
