3 lbs. beef roast
1 cup Mt. Olive Sweet Heat Whole Pepperoncinis
1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 package brown gravy mix
¾ cups water or pepperoncini juice from jar
- Add all of the ingredients to an instant pot.
- Close and lock the lid.
- Cook on the manual high pressure setting for 1 hour.
- Release the pressure and allow the beef to rest for 5 minutes.
- Shred the beef and enjoy!
