1lb ground beef
5 slider buns
4 slices of American cheese, cut into fourths
5 Mt. Olive Bread and Butter Pickle Spears
5 cherry tomatoes – sliced in half
½ red onion – cut into 1-inch squares
¼ head of lettuce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


  1. Using your hands, mix your ground beef with your salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and then roll into 15 small balls, flatten to about ½ of an inch.
  2. Cook your burger patties on the stovetop until cooked through, and then top each of them with one of your cheese quarters, remove from the stove once the cheese melts.
  3. Tear your lettuce into small pieces you can fold together to fit on the skewers. Cut your pickles into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Assemble your kabobs:
  5. Start with the slider bun first
  6. Add one of your burger patties, followed by a cherry tomato, pickle spear, onion, and finally lettuce.
  7. Put another burger patty on and repeat.
  8. Finish with a third burger patty and the bottom slider bun.
  9. Repeat with next skewer, recipe makes 5 kabobs.
