Ingredients

*FOR SAUSAGE BALLS:*
1 lb ground sausage, uncooked
2 Mt. Olive Roasted red peppers, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups Bisquick
1 (11-oz) container pimento cheese (Palmetto Cheese)

*FOR PICKLE RANCH:*
½ Cup ranch dressing
2 Tbsp Mt. Olive dill relish
1 Tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers (or Kosher Dill pickle juice)
1 tsp dried dill

Instructions

  1. *FOR SAUSAGE BALLS:*
  2. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18 – 22 minutes, or until brown.
  6. Serve immediately with celery sticks and carrots, and pickle ranch to dip!
  7. *FOR PICKLE RANCH:*
  8. Mix all ingredients to combine, serve with sausage balls.
