Fried Dill Pickle Dip

Fried pickles… but make it a dip! 😮‍🔥🥒 Creamy, crunchy, and loaded with Mt. Olive flavor. Serve with potato chips, pretzel crisps, crackers, veggies, and/or toasted baguette slices.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups Mt. Olive Baby Dill Pickles, finely chopped and patted dry
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Pickle Juicers 100% Kosher Dill Brine or pickle brine/juice from pickle jar (optional, for extra tang)
Black pepper, to taste
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Pickle chips, for topping
Fresh dill, optional garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Fold in the chopped pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and pickle brine if using.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter or warm the oil. Add panko breadcrumbs and cook, stirring often, until golden brown and crispy (about 3–5 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Spread dip into a serving bowl or shallow dish. Top generously with toasted panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Add pickle chips on top and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
