Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

Ingredients

1 jar Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers, thinly sliced
½ cup capers
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp butter, cubed
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 box spaghetti pasta
Minced garlic (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Once strained while still warm add in the butter, garlic, salt and pepper to the pot and mix well until the butter has melted.
  3. Add in the capers and Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional parmesan cheese.
