Ingredients
1 jar Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers, thinly sliced
½ cup capers
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp butter, cubed
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 box spaghetti pasta
Minced garlic (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Once strained while still warm add in the butter, garlic, salt and pepper to the pot and mix well until the butter has melted.
- Add in the capers and Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional parmesan cheese.
