Ingredients
---FOR THE SALAD---
4 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 cup ground turkey
Salt and black pepper
Garlic powder, onion powder, and/or smoked paprika
½ cup sharp cheddar, grated
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sweet potato fries, baked according to package directions
½ cup Mt. Olive Clearly Pickles Kosher Dill Chips
---FOR THE BURGER SAUCE---
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Mt. Olive Clearly Relish Deli Style Dill
Optional substitution: Finely chop Mt. Olive Clearly Pickles Kosher Dill Chips and use in place of relish.
Instructions
- Bake the sweet potato fries: Prepare the fries according to the package instructions until golden and crisp. Set aside.
- Cook the turkey: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, and/or smoked paprika while cooking. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
- Make the burger sauce: In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Mt. Olive Clearly Deli Style Dill Relish until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed.
- Build the salad: Divide the chopped lettuce between bowls. Top with the cooked ground turkey, grated cheddar, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, sweet potato fries, and Mt. Olive Clearly Pickles Kosher Dill Chips.
- Serve: Add a small ramekin of burger sauce to each bowl or drizzle it over the salad just before serving.
- ---TIPS---
- If you love pickles, add extra Mt. Olive Clearly Pickles Kosher Dill Chips right before serving for maximum crunch.
- Keep the fries on top so they stay crispy.
