Ingredients

1/2 cup Mt. Olive Bread & Butter Chips, divided
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. leftover cranberry sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 slices sourdough bread or whole-grain bread
4 thick slices leftover roasted turkey
1 cup leftover stuffing

Instructions

  1. Finely chop 1/4 cup Bread & Butter Chips.
  2. Combine chopped Bread & Butter Chips,
mayonnaise, cranberry sauce and mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture over each slice of bread.
  4. Top 2 slices of bread, each with a 
layer of turkey, stuffing, remaining Bread & Butter pickle Chips and remaining bread slices, mayonnaise-side-down.
  5. Slice and serve.
