1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
5 slices cheddar cheese
1 Resealable Pouch Mt. Olive Munchies Kosher Dill Chips
Lettuce, cut into small pieces
Cherry tomato, sliced
- Mix ground beef in a bowl with the egg, salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Mix together well with your hands. Form into small balls and set on a plate.
- Heat a pan with a little oil on medium-high heat. Add the mini ground beef balls, a few at a time as to not clutter the pan. Gently press them down with spatula and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Cook all of them.
- Assemble the pickle chips as the bun, with the meat in the middle and then lettuce and tomato. Place a toothpick through hold it all together if needed.
