Ingredients

3 oz. Yellow Jello
3 oz. Purple Jello
3 cups Boiling Water
6 oz. Vodka
3 oz Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers
Whipped Cream, for garnish
Sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the yellow jello to a pitcher and pour in the boiling water. Mix with a whisk until the jello dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to cool for about 2 minutes. Whisk 2 ounces of the vodka and 1 ounce of the Pickle Juicers into the pitcher. Pour a layer about ¾ inch thick into the shot glasses. Place the shot glasses into the fridge for about 1 hour to chill.
  2. Add the green jello to a pitcher and pour in the boiling water. Mix with a whisk until the jello dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to cool for about 2 minutes. Whisk 2 ounces of the vodka and 1 ounce of the Pickle Juicers into the pitcher. Pour a layer about ¾ inch thick into the shot glasses on top of the yellow layer. Place the shot glasses into the fridge for about 1 hour to chill.

  3. Add the purple jello to a pitcher and pour in the boiling water. Mix with a whisk until the jello dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to cool for about 2 minutes. Whisk 2 ounces of the vodka and 1 ounce of the Pickle Juicers into the pitcher. Pour a layer about ¾ inch thick into the shot glasses on top of the green layer. Place the shot glasses into the fridge for about 1 hour to chill.
  4. Remove the shot glasses from the fridge. Add a swirl of whipped cream to the top of each jello shot. Sprinkle the yellow, green, and purple sprinkles on top and enjoy!
